Last week we delivered Disability Awareness & Inclusion training to our volunteers. As part of the course we ask our candidates to understand what challenges some of our visitors may face.
Here Henry is wearing an eye cover and being guided around our site by Brett. This has given Brett the tools to understand what Henry needs to support him, and Henry will have better understanding of how to support our visually impaired visitors.
We had a very informative and thought provoking afternoon! Thanks to Mark for delivering a great course
