We are always in need of funds to pay for our core activities and we received an amazing grant back in July when the National Lottery Community Fund awarded us £20,000 to fund a Special Needs Activity Instructor. The Trust wishes to acknowledge this fantastic support from the National Lottery Community Fund. Funding such as this is essential in helping us to keep the centre properly staffed with excellent professional instructors such as Vanessa, seen here.
The acquisition of specialist boats such as the Hansa sailing dinghies and Venture Keel in recent years, has meant that our activity instructors have the best equipment to enable us to welcome anyone with special requirements to enjoy activity on the water. Not forgetting our motorboats with their hydraulic lifts to allow wheelchair- using visitors easy access to the wonderful and peaceful Norfolk Broads.
