Based in Neatishead, near Wroxham, the Nancy Oldfield Trust is a small and friendly local charity which, since 1984, has provided sailing, motor-boating and other water-based activities for people who would otherwise struggle to access boating on the Broads. We currently have a staff of seven and eighty volunteer instructors.
We have two self-catering accessible properties, a fleet of 13 yachts, three accessible motor cruisers, rafted canoes, pedal launches and support boats. We welcome visitors of all ages and their friends, family and carers from all over the UK. The Trust is a Royal Yachting Association Recognised Training and Sailability Centre.
The role of the successful candidate will be to work within the Trust team to provide instruction and leadership for all water based activities to visitors of all ages and ability. Our aim is to enable everyone to enjoy sailing, motor boating and paddling/pedalling activities and to participate as fully as possible.
